The potential prosecutions are not entirely hopeless and that is why the case should not be grounded on a lie. The conspiracy claimed in no legal sense is treason but it is possibly sedition.

It is a slim hope, but a hope nevertheless that a prosecution for sedition can prevail if enough of the media can be turned so that a jury in a blue city might actually convict. If we open ourselves to the charge by the media that this is a witch hunt, that we are overcharging, we lose the whole public right from the beginning.

Meanwhile, if the case can be continued because it is not dismissed on motion for alleging treason which does not exist, a vigorous prosecution for sedition might just flip one of the less visible players to provide evidence against the real villains. This is not impossible; it happened in Watergate.

Let's not build case on a lie that is doomed to fail legally and politically. There are obstacles enough between truth and justice, but obstacles that could conceivably be overcome.

Considering that the CCP Declared unrestricted warfare upon America to its citizens, and that the DNC, through gates azure tech support, and fake drivers licenses used to generate fraudulent votes, it was aiding , abetting and giving comfort to a declared enemy combatant

I’d say,
Yup, treason .
