Food delivery drivers should say the following to the food delivery company, no matter the situation:
“I don’t know what you are talking about. As far as I know, I completed the delivery as directed.”
Then—don’t budge off that position, no matter what you are being asked. Don’t say anything more. Don’t say anything different.
The food delivery service is trying to get you to make a “statement against interest” to then use against you. Don’t give it to them.
It doesn’t work that way. The minute a customer says you didn’t deliver an order that you really did, it goes against you and can get you banned.
If you don’t prove they are lying, your job may end. Everything you said in this post is meaningless.
They should have to sign for the delivery.
