In Germany, when somebody glued themselves to concrete, they cut a hole in the concrete to free him. However, they didnt help him remove his hand from the concrete he was pasted to. I thought it was genius handling it that way.
Regarding such riots, there’s this:

And when you are impeding people going about their business, and the movement of emergency vehicles, ambulances in particular, you have crossed the line from protest to riot in my view. And should be prosecuted and jailed.
Somewhere in Europe, Germany too I think, a few lunatics glued themselves to the floor of a car dealership. Employees turned out the lights and went home.
