Actually, what you’re saying is true. Let me rephrase my question. Eryhritol is in many foods and drinks that has Stevia. It’s used as a filler agent. My question is how do you know if it’s in the Stevia I never see it as a listed additive.

I have seem it listed as am ingedient on most stevia products that are just stevia. If it’s another product with stevia as an ingredient and the stevia has erythotol in it it won’t list it. The only stevia product I have found that doesn’t list the erythotol (sp?) is from Trader Joes.
