“Snyder added that the majority of In-N-Out restaurants would remain in California, and also speculated about potential new locations.
She added: ‘Florida has begged us and we’re still saying no. The East Coast states, we’re saying no.
‘We are able to reach Tennessee from our Texas warehouse. Texas can reach some other states.”

You may not see them in your state.....interesting she doesn’t seem to be interested in going full nationwide.

Just because it’s world famous in California doesn’t guarantee it will be successful all over the country. Especially if they bring California prices with them.

As I recall, they lost a bunch of people in a plane crash many years ago and as a result limited growth to reasonable driving distance.

Obviously air travel is far safer now but the culture was embedded.

That is actually not a bad thing as it shows she is interested in quality control above all else. But the fact of the matter is that SW Pennsylvania (except Pittsburgh) is culturally as well as geographically closer to West Virginia than the East Coast.

Add a warehouse somewhere between Nashville and Knoxville and the whole game changes. She will see that once Tennessee and Kentucky explode with business. The only chain here which matches them for quality is Five Guys and it is pricey.

THEY ARE ALL FAMILY OWNED.

NO FRANCHISES ARE FOR SALE.

AS THE FAMILY GROWS-—THEY OPEN MORE LOCATIONS.

THEY CLOSED THE STOCKTON, CALIF LOCATION THIS SPRING DUE TO CRIME IN THE AREA. IT WAS NO LONGER SAFE FOR EMPLOYEES TO COME/GO FROM WORK.

SHUT IT DOWN....ONLY ONE EVER SHUT DOWN
