You may not see them in your state.....interesting she doesn’t seem to be interested in going full nationwide.
Just because it’s world famous in California doesn’t guarantee it will be successful all over the country. Especially if they bring California prices with them.
As I recall, they lost a bunch of people in a plane crash many years ago and as a result limited growth to reasonable driving distance.
Obviously air travel is far safer now but the culture was embedded.
Add a warehouse somewhere between Nashville and Knoxville and the whole game changes. She will see that once Tennessee and Kentucky explode with business. The only chain here which matches them for quality is Five Guys and it is pricey.
