Just say “NO!” to vaxes. All the bad childhood diseases that used to kill children stopped killing them BEFORE the childhood vax program. Why? Because many people in the US were poor, many didn’t have good hygeine (like out houses), poor nutrition, etc. Once economy and living conditions started improving, children stopped dying from measles, mumps and so on.

There was no official tetanus data in the early 1900s, but there was for diptheria.

Diptheria deaths were indeed declining prior to the introduction of tetanus/diptheria vaccine in the late 1940s. An AI can provide you a graph from 1915 to present and it is pretty clear the slope of decline greatly steepened with vax introduction.

I did ask GPT for a graph of TD vaccine injuries. There was no official data on this in the 1900s so no conclusions can be drawn, other than that there was a steepening of decline of diptheria in children post 1947.
