Right next door to him is a house rented to about 15 Hispanic men that have a large cargo van for all of them. Suddenly they are gone. They were pretty quiet so my brother did not have problems with them, unlike other high occupancy houses nearby that had cars parked all over the yard, beer cans also all over the yard and music so loud you could hear it for many blocks. And the loud music was coming from numerous places and played at all hours of the night. Now all of that seems to be gone too. I need to talk to the deputy to see if he has seen a drop in the craziness.
