no doubt there's a palm or two being greased there. We won't have to pay too much. There's a ready supply of 3rd world countries that would be happy to accept foreign scum from us. A) they aren't burdened by concerns over "human rights" and can do what they like with them. B) they know that scum isn't going to want to stay in their country anyway.....so why not make a little money by holding them at least for a while?
