Comer most likely used the signature himself, until its proven other folks were signing for him we can assume he signed things.. digitally. That is not what is in question with Biden. Other folks controlled signatures , not Biden. Biden has dementia and we cannot be sure people didnt take of advantage of the situation.

It’s not a digital signature that can be verified. It an image of his signature pasted into the document. Not the same thing, anybody can place it there.

I saw an email from Biden’s chief of staff in a video. The email came at the very end of the term-Late night. The chief of staff was replying to a list of suggested pardons and he wrote “I approve the following pardons”. He did not say the Biden approved them. That is how arrogant he was. Biden was not running the show.
