According to Armstrong, 15 years after the fact. When also according to Armstrong, that same government already had the computer code, before he started saying the US government held him in contempt of court to get it.

From his site, Institutional Time Share, January 7, 2013, and I quote: "We are porting all systems to the IBM Sequoia".

The IBM Sequoia, which was owned by the US National Nuclear Security Administration.

Then on April 3 2015, "The Forecaster" is released. Now he claims he was imprisoned because he would not turn his code over to the US government.

In 2013, the government has the code.
In 2015 the government imprisoned to get the code and never got it.

If this is not clear, please explain what is too hard to follow.
