I define a Neocon as someone who wants to use war to export the American way of life to other countries. Those people no longer exist in the Republican party. There are Democrats who use taxpayer dollars to export American culture by funding trans surgeries and gay pride parades in Ecuador and other countries, but I don't count them as Neocons, obviously.

I'm fine with war. It's in our nature. But I have no interest in exporting American democracy to people who have no interest in it. I'm fine with giving money and weapons to allies including Ukraine and Israel. They are both fighting enemies of the US. But our goal in defeating Iran and Hamas and Russia is not to force them to become Americanized. That's what a Neocon would want. Those people no longer control any part of the US government.
