Thanks, I hadn’t watched it today. Seems like Zelensky is in the process of rigging upcoming elections - clever dude, get his votes from Ukrainians in other countries that he knows will vote for him.

I imagine that the new ambassadors will also be big on getting the host countries to feed back expats for the Azov press gangs back home.

That was my first thought too. But Dima has a good point as it looks like what the Neocons did to rig the Moldova election recently - where they only allowed those expats in the EU to vote, and needless to say, they voted ‘correctly’.
