Sure, but if a country like Russia can't build a regular carrier, what are the chances it will build a cutting edge "carrier of robotic complexes and unmanned aviation"?
Have you been on a Nimitz class carrier? There is not a lot of spare space. I like the floating drone factory. I question how many drones a carrier could launch in one mission.
