I went to a town hall meeting of sorts that the county used to have every so often.

At one of them, a sheriff’s deputy was there giving updates on how things were going overall.

Somehow the subject came up of letting a car idle and warmup unattended. His response was that (at the time) an insurance company would consider that negligence and not pay a claim.

I have a manual Tacoma so I have some anti theft built in.
