Less and less for Ukraine.
To: Navy Patriot
US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth unilaterally suspended military aid to Ukraine for the third time, despite military conclusions that there was no threat to US stockpiles. This decision surprised the State Department, Congress, and European allies, drawing bipartisan criticism. The one thing they all can agree on publicly, the USA needs to be at war perpetually and funding everyone else's wars too.

“The suspension of military aid to Ukraine was a unilateral step by US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth,...”
unilateral step? I don’t think so.

The President and the Secretary of State. His decision has foreign policy implications. It is not just a matter for the Department of Defense.

US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth unilaterally suspended military aid to Ukraine for the third time, despite military conclusions that there was no threat to US stockpiles.Imagine the following scenario: a stranger walks up to you and asks you for thousands of dollars. Politely, you tell him that you don't have that much money to spare and try to walk away. But he insists, saying "Look, I've gone through your trash and seen your bank statements, I know you have thousands to spare, so you have no excuse for not handing it over."

There is a reason the Senate wanted to throw $$$ at Ukraine and Russia wasn’t the real reason.
Perhaps soon we will discover why.

Hegseth is far outperforming Bindi and Patel, combined.

I’m giving this Ukrainian report the 48 hour test
From the Ukrainian news:
UNN.
“The Department of Defense (US) this week delayed the delivery of American weapons to Ukraine due to, according to officials, concerns about its low stockpiles. But an analysis by senior military officers showed that the aid package would not jeopardize the American military’s own ammunition supplies, according to three US officials,” the publication states.
The move to halt arms supplies, as the publication writes, “surprised the State Department, members of Congress, officials in Kyiv, and European allies,” as reported by numerous sources familiar with the matter.
Among the critics of this decision were Republicans and Democrats who support aid to Ukraine in its fight against Russia.
