Former Obama and Hillary Clinton staffer Zara Rahim, who publicly wished death on President Trump after his 2020 COVID-19 diagnosis, has found a new gig consulting for Zohran Mamdani’s mayoral campaign.
Campaign finance records show that the 33-year-old Democratic Socialist assemblyman’s campaign paid Rahim $3,500 for communications consulting, the Washington Free Beacon first reported.
Shortly after President Trump was diagnosed with COVID-19 in October 2020, Rahim infamously wrote on X that she “hope he dies” before quickly deleting the post.
“It’s been against my moral identity to tweet this for the past four years, but, I hope he dies,” she wrote.
A representative for the Mamdani campaign did not respond to a request for comment and Rahim’s X account was deactivated after The Post reached out.
The outlet also reported that Rahim “helped the mayoral nominee craft campaign videos and accompanied him backstage during his Sunday appearance on Meet the Press.”
Rahim previously worked as a digital director for then-President Barack Obama as well as a spokeswoman for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Why am I not surprised about her name?
And who the hell uses the expression, “moral identity”?
The Left are becoming more left, more totalitarian, and more violent.
Listen, Sweetheart, if Trump dies, Vance takes over and the Agenda just continues - live in the real world…..
No surprise
No surprise commies are not on our side !
“Listen, Sweetheart, if Trump dies, Vance takes over and the Agenda just continues - live in the real world…..”
That’s just it - she doesn’t think that way. She just wants someone she hates DEAD.
And, she wanted the world to know it!
Mamdani went fishing in the Obama and Clinton toilets to retrieve that turd (bobbing for personnel).
