“but interpretation is what matters”

The definition of treason in the Constitution is very narrow, it has never been used in a domestic political matter, Jefferson Davis was not indicted for treason, the Rosenbergs were not indicted for treason, even Jane Fonda was not indicted for treason - and Brennan won’t be either.

Okay, you may be correct. Then, what is Brennan guilty of doing? What do you call it when one makes false accusations that prevent a duly elected official from being able to take office and effect changes the people want?

What do I call it when I have been terminated from some jobs for having a conservative point of view, but NOT for failure for having done the job (very well)? Is it all just unpunishable injustice? Come on, "Jim", answer the question.
