They absolutely were giving aid to America’s enemies. So yes a case can be made for treason, but hey, you just keep spreading your false innuendo.

Section 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

Here’s the problem with that strict definition. I have observed the Democrat Party (America’s enemy within), and their loyal assistants in the leftist media, giving ‘aid and comfort’ to America’s enemies (without) for decades. It’s how they roll. By this definition, “all” Democrats should be held to that ‘treasonous’ standard and dealt with accordingly. Yet... they never will be (reality sucks).
