I got some duck eggs at a Vietnamese supermarket. They are somewhat larger than chicken eggs.
Have you ever had ballut? (sp.) Philippino’s bury them raw in the ground and leave them weeks. You have to eat them in the dark, but very tasty.

We have some Filipino supermarkets in the area, so I’ll have to see if they carry that item. I like Filipino sausage and the way they fry chicken.
