Correction: The people running Biden did this. Biden might have selected what flavor pudding he got.

This is why the Trump administration must declare a national emergency, immediately suspend habeas corpus and posse comitatus, and activate the UCMJ's.

Without such a declaration, Trump will be unable to overcome the avalanche of individual personal lawsuits and demands for "due process" instituted by illegal alien support groups, NGO's, and the governments of foreign countries unleashed by an army of Soros-funded lawyers having access to a politicized and unqualified criminal justice system.

A system which was never designed to support the constitutional requirement of defending the country against invasion.

That the Trump administration insists upon relying on a "law and order" strategy by characterizing illegals as domestic "criminals", rather than the foreign invading force they truly are, is a serious, and potentially fatal, miscalculation.
