You’re correct, many stay. But most move on.
In the last census, taking out illegals would net Texas a gain of 2 seats, instead of 3.
California would lose 3 instead of 2.
It really only changes about 6-8 seats. Still, it would change the balance of power, as it is so closely matched.
I see from your other posts that you’re part of the MIC, so I don’t trust your take on ANYTHING!
whether it changes only one seat, integrity and similar is what’s important. We do the right thing, by making choices to pursue truth and correct errors, and God will handle everything else :) He can make anything happen.
