If you don’t have a churn, that sounds great. I’ve tried this approach. It tastes good, but the texture if off. This “ice cream” will be dense and “flat” because it has no air whipped into it. It will likely burn in the freezer if not eaten quickly, but that’s probably not gonna be an issue.

Re: no churn ice cream. Actually, it does have air whipped into it. I put the silicone blade on my Kitchenaid stand mixer and whip it on high speed. It’s actually quite light and fluffy. And it doesn’t stay in my freezer long enough to get freezer burn. 😁
