I keep running into ppl whose health has been improved greatly by just taking all breads out of their diet and eating more veggies.. Lots of pounds lost.
I'm working on the no breads part, no more dessert and having more salad. I haven't given up rice yet (that'll be hard).
There should be no deprivation. That's what makes people fail.
You can have bread and wraps (Natures Own Keto bread and Mission tortillas) and I have a darn good "mug" cornbread...done in 3 minutes. You can toast it up in a skillet and put an egg and sausage patty on it. Or just butter.
There are thousands of decadent recipes that won't make you fat.
I was making "ice cream" with real cream and vanilla pudding mix, but now I have Bryer's "Carb Smart"...the market is catching on.
