They include a clip of Joe Rogan saying Elon created an app that allowed him to know who won the election 4 hrs before it was announced (all are at the link). That's their (stupid) 'case'.

So they are essentially saying Trump got up on stage and told the world Elon was responsible for helping him steal the election, and that Elon got up on stage and told the world he helped steal the election.
