Discussing it among ourselves in full view of the owner and author is uncomfortable to me. 'Pressuring' for change is not going to be popular, LOL *** not that you did but it is common for users to make 'demands'. this _IS_ the internet after all... :-)
And all of which is provided under the premise that cynwoody would want it to be continued free, as he offered it.

When I joined, we had to deal with nasty italians
There are people who would rather die than change.
You are one of them.
Consider yourself a member of the order of Shakers.
Many years ago we were designing software hardware for a medical site.
They wanted an im feature that was new and expensive and not in their budget.
The only reason they wanted it was so that the intake person could notify the patient accounts person that it was her turn.
Asked how that happened now the intake person rapped on the wall between the two offices.
We installed a buzzer.
We have at times been down dor days. That is why we have secondary sites.
One used to be the Canadian fr. Until they were outlawed in canada
There are people here that have a let it die attitude. I disagree. This is too important to lose.

I'd be a proud member. I'm aware of the Shakers, know that their furniture style is reproduced, and when I'd drive from my home, taking Route 20 in New York State to drive to Albany, I passed the Shaker Museum that sits just off that Route. I know I had Quakers on my mother's side of the family that lived in Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada, so perhaps those genes live on in me. I was brought up Catholic, but I don't go to church.
I'll be 78 next month, so I grew up in simpler times, and enjoyed those less-complicated days. People who never lived in those days have no concept of how it was. As technology has advanced, so has the criminal entities that take advantage of it, and leave a trail of victims.
I loved the story of putting in the buzzer to resolve the problem. You accommodated your clients, which was the goal. Good for you.
They died off because they coulld not change and other non shakers have profited on their work.
My kind is dying off too, but thankfully nobody will be profiting from any work I did.
Yes... I agree and hence my earlier comment to airplane guy. It is the right thing to do to ask these questions on a regular basis.
