I do plenty of walking. For aerobics I do a stint on a Bowflex elliptical. It’s a great machine. You’re right about weight training, but I do a lot of heavy weeding too. Pulling French broom bushes on steep slopes is not for wimps.
I read a story in my local news paper of a woman who had 120% of bone density because she liked gardening.
Yeah, yard work counts for exercise.
I wear a heart rate monitor to know my level of effort on every exercise (Polar.com).
I regularly peg it in the yard lol
