This was not just a blessing for Abraham personally, but a divine promise concerning his descendants—Israel.

This is where the crux of the argument lies. Some argue God's promise to Abraham extends to all of his descendants. Many others point out that Israel, or even Abraham's descendants, are not mentioned in this promise and it is God's promise to Abraham personally. So basically, it's not a matter of antisemitism, it is a matter of interpretation.

( which we dont need cuz its written in a language we can read, and is just a variation on the “ did God really say “ original bait and switch from the garden )
