Spot on. They (and several other "famous talk show hosts") host talk programs but the talk has devolved into:

I hate you.
I hate you more, and you're stupid.
Yeah? Well you're stupider!
Yeah? Well you don't know what you're talking about!
Oh, yeah? Well you don't know what I'm talking about either ... or somthing like that!
Yeah? Well your mother wears combat boots .......

.... and so the dialog goes ... for days and days and then more days ...
