I didn’t know that about his friendship with Stamos. Seem like good people, although I don’t know much about Stamos except that he was a cutie on General Hospital back in the day.

I know John Stamos from Full House, and I did see him on Broadway in “how to succeed in Business without really trying”.

My brother took me to the show as a birthday present, and what I remember best is how absolutely thrilled Stamos was to be on B’way. He was charming in his thanks to the audience. You would have thought it was opening night, but it was just a weekend matinee!

Is it true he was discovered by Hanoi Jane at birthday party?

Yes, along with Sal Mineo and Natalie Wood. According to a biography of Mineo, he and Sherman were an item for a time.

Wally had Eddie, Beaver had Larry Mondello as best friends.
In later seasons Ward and June stopped hiding their dislike for Eddie.
Eddie made that show.

“I still remember that my two older sisters wanted Honeycomb cereal because they pasted a vinyl Bobby Sherman 45 record on the back. You had to cut it out of the box and poke a hole in the middle.’

I remember that and I was struggling to remember the brand. I was thinking Alpha-Bits. We got it too, but we didn’t play it. We were Beatles fans by then.

The older man on the back left is Mark Lenard. He played a Romulan Commander in “Balance of Terror” ( my favorite) and later Spock's father.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you provided this info for the other people in this thread. No need to "educate" me about this. I said that I had recognized the three Star Trek actors in the back row.

So if I could recognize David Soul, who had a minor role in heavy make-up in a single episode ("The Apple"), and Robert Brown, who starred in a universally despised episode ("The Alternative Factor"), I think I could be trusted to recognize Mark Lenard, who famously portrayed the Klingon Commander in "Star Trek: The Motion Picture."

Both Alpha-Bits and Honeycomb were Post brand cereals.

Very good chance that they both did the same promotion.

Maybe different songs or different artists featured on different products. That was the Golden Age of product promotion!!!

A little testy eh?

When it concerns my beloved "Star Trek?" Always!

But I appreciate your maintaining an "even keel."

Gotta love “Star Trek”. Tons of good trivia questions.
