A curious article. I’ve seen this form many times before - the castigation of ‘some Christians’ for not doing enough ( not being ‘good enough’) to feel as though they’ve earned and are worthy of their grace, followed by some flavor of leftist politics intended to pull support or interest away from preferred political viewpoint.
By hammering a guilt-inducing condition ( rightfully, Christians should consider their unthinking human response to the human tragedy ) and denigrating Christians for not being at the ‘acceptable point’ on their walk with Christ - that’s manipulation. It’s abusive, and the reader should take care in internalizing some other human’s bile - practice discernment wherever possible.
