I remember a similar incident somewhere else that turned out to be mass hysteria. Some girl said it happened to her on one of the social sites, then it spread via social media, and a whole bunch of girls thought they had been stuck by a needle at some event. But hadn’t.

But if the French have arrested a group of people for this, it does sound very real indeed. Terrorism, perhaps..
