IF I were a terrorist, I'd go where the population is mostly disarmed - doubt they'll hit Cheyanne or Houston. We have an armed population primarily in red states. The blue states not so much, or rather I should say the blue cities. Except for of course NY where most of the population votes Democrat even in places where you wouldn't expect it. Are terrorists cells going to hit a dairy farm in the Finger Lakes? Probably not, They'll go for something in NYC where the population has been conditioned to think of guns as evil and to be avoided.
