Mediterranean diet is delish and wonderful for your weight and health. If I needed to lose weight, that’s what I’d eat. Not surprised it has other benefits too.

That’s the proper diet to tell your doctor you’re on if you’re actually low carb, Keto, or Carnivore...assuming you want to not have arguments with your doctor.
