I have been privileged in a long life to have worked with, or for, or known some very smart people. Squeezing my memories into one place I can draw some conclusions that appear to cover them as a class. They were modest about their intelligence. They listened to the ideas of others. If they disagreed what they did was ask questions that led the speaker to the conclusion that he was wrong. Then they would generally ask more questions which led the speaker to develop an idea of the situation which, miraculously, was the same as the smart guy’s vision from the beginning. They went out of their way not to humiliate anyone. I watched a senior coworker question a couple of techs to get them to the place he could have put them in less than five minutes. I asked him why he didn’t just give them the answer. He said, “did you see how enthusiastic they were when the bell went off in their heads? Odds are they’ll work late tonight to prove they were right.” He was dead on. They stayed after midnight at a facility that did not pay overtime.
Hillary Clinton flunked the DC Bar exam which is a bit odd for the smartest person in the room. She then moved to Arkansas where she passed it but never again took the DC Bar exam.
What she is greedy, grasping megalomaniac with a narcissistic sociopath's personality a constant need for ego gratification and the imposition of autocratic power over others.
The “smartest woman in the world” mantra came about by Rush Limbaugh and Republicans who had her number and constantly fed her ego by constantly referring to her as such.
They figured that if they kept inflating her ego, her hubris and toxic personality would eventually bring down the Clinton machine, which it did. It just took longer than anyone expected
I shared your post with several dozen people. Very well said. Thanks. God bless you and your family.
