I’m not certain that’s how it works. Federal officers don’t need permission to enter parking lots.

I looked it up...not public or city property. Private parking. So they had to have permission of the ownership or some judge’s order.

Just a humble guess...they were set to browse the concession area and probably take down 50-percent of the work-force there.

Wrong...
Federal, state and local law enforcement cannot enter private property without:
1) Permission from the owner or:
2) A signed warrant

That pesky constitution has a whole bunch of stuff pertaining to this...
