Something here doesn’t add up. The Israelis do a consistently superb job of mission planning and execution including being prepared for contingencies. It just doesn’t make sense to me that they would launch this war to neutralize Iran’s nuclear threat and try to clear the path for regime change, without having a solid plan for Fordow. Which suggests to me that they do have a plan and I’m just lacking their intel. The idea that they’d just make this part up as they went along, hoping for the US to step in at the appropriate time but without solid assurances, seems unlike them.
