My brother and his wife both worked at The Big House in Lewisburg, PA.
Even there they have minimal security dormitories on the outside of the big wall
When he took me there I was surprised to see these buildings that basically look like college dorms with tennis courts and a baseball field next door.
He said those are the guys doing 1-2 for mail fraud or something similar.
He said don’t worry we keep all the bad guys on the inside of the wall.
I asked him what keeps them from walking away?
He said they all wear gps ankle monitors.
He said , believe me if they walked away we would put them on the inside of the wall.
They certainly don’t want that.
