Have you considered a pair of SAS or Hoka? I hear Dr. Scholl’s was on the catwalk recently with some cutting edge footware.
Not my style or within my budget-a couple pairs of cheap, pretty sandals do for going to dinner/out in warm weather, and knee high boots in Winter. My only pricey footwear is steel toe leather work boots-I wear them to work and everywhere else outside all year round.
