Reading is one thing, replying to the points made would have been better. The points Charlie makes are simply more full, deeper, and give more context to the bill than Rand ever does. You haven't responded why Charlie is wrong. You just repeated what Rand has said.

How about responding to them with some depth to what Rand wants to accomplish and why his request has merit in light of what Charlie said?

I wish I wasn't expecting to hear crickets.
