Considering the comments he made on X about his commander in chief and SecDef, I would expect a court martial for conduct unbecoming and for “contemptuous words” under Article 88 of the UCMJ. Hopefully resulting in a stay at Leavenworth and subsequent dishonorable discharge.
From what I have seen (years ago) he will be offered an opportunity to voluntarily separate in lieu of disciplinary action. It also depends if he is USN or USNR. If he has less than 5 or 6 years service )I forget which, they can just separate him administratively. More than 6 they can send him to a review board of senior officers and can him for misconduct. Probably get a General under Honorable .
