Civil war might not happen. What might happen though is that Islam gains ascendency in Europe and carries out executions of infidels rivaling the Nazi holocaust. And then, the U.S. will step in and save Europe once again, and the Europeans can go back to sneering at their cousins across the pond.
The Royal Family will end up fleeing to Australia.
The EU will fall apart.
Eastern Europe should remain intact.

I lived in Europe twenty five years after the end of World War II. The Europeans still appreciated the Americans' saving them and fancied everything American, but they nevertheless loved to sneer.
Contemporary Europeans still have a love-hate attitude toward their cousins across the pond.
The smartest thing Europeans could do would be to follow Trump's leadership and the path he has set for America, to embrace a MEGA resolve,
But if they were that smart, they wouldn't be in the mess they're in to begin with.
