At what age do we begin investigations? 2 year olds, 5?
I don’t think here is any question that any time a human is found dead there needs to be an investigation whether it is a fetus or a centenarian. These same same people that want no investigations into the remain of fetus or baby are the same people who would be demanding one if it were a dead puppy or kitten.
