Yeah, play with that rotisserie chicken and see if using the other ingredients can make it work together well enough. The whole point of casseroles is that you can make them ahead and serve reheated.

I currently have everything on hand except the mozzarella cheese & spinach. I happen to really like ‘the recipecritic’ (stabilized whipped cream, Alfredo sauce, shrimp fried rice, etc.) .... she has a Marry Me Chicken recipe, too.
