Why not, they’re smart, we’re dumb, we allow them to do this as though they’re going to become a democracy overnight (forget about it). Instead, they’re picking out headquarters and other key pieces of terrain along with identifying people who they can control.

China is also expanding globally around the world with their One Belt initiative and that belt is tightening rapidly with the help of subversive elements inside (and outside) of our own government as well as the globalist leaders who see the 21st century as China’s century.
