Marriage and no-fault divorce can be worse — as more than a few husbands get cleaned out by property awards or settlements for wives who cheated on them.

So, what are men going to do about it?

Not much, because not much can be done due to the political environment. Many ex-wives prefer to have large, uncollectible monetary awards against their former husbands than accept modification. Off hand, I know of three such cases.
