I don’t believe anyone can do 100 strict pull-ups.
I still have my 5-BX book of Basic Exercises issued in the USAF back in 1966. Every so often I get it out and LOOK at it.
Trying to become more muscular in 1990 caused me to blow out a mitral valve, had open heart surgery, now have a mechanical valve and am on blood thinners.
They only exercise I have done since that day is open and close a book or walk up a short flight of stairs.
I did the Mini Murph, which is 1/2 of each thing, this morning with 40 others, with another group of 30-40 who started an hour later. The top group do it with a 20 pound vest or plate carrier. The pullups are often Kipping pullups, which is easier than a strict pullup. It was time capped at an hour, and almost everyone finished some version of it.
