After i was told i was prediabetic i started a spreadsheet and tracked calories, fat, carbs, etc for everything i ate to get a baseline. Did that for a month and changed diet.

I did that when I did Aikens and thinking about it again. Writing it down really brings home the amount of crap, calories I eat. Thanks for the reminder.
