As. Type II myself, many times it’s either the liver or pancreas and sugar production. Type II is more prevelant as you get older. The only thing I can suggest is cut the carbs.
No bread, crackers, milk, ice cream, alcohol of any kind, soups, gravy’s, sauces, or processed food of any kind. Stick to vegetables, water, or keto based products. Find a dietician and get on a Facebook group.
It’s going to be tough but I want to do as much as I can to stay off medicine. Sweets are my downfall.
