In reality there are millions of food service employees where there are a few thousands of race car drivers and hundreds of astronauts so of course far more food service employees are killed or seriously injured each year.
You’re right but I still believe one food service worker killed is one too many.
People in any public service role including retail has to face a highly mentally unstable population.
