No “Golden Triangle”—just Popeyes!

Our suburban Popeyes were clean and orderly, and full of nice people!

Every single McDonalds I have visited in California and Arizona was well maintained.

The Church’s Chicken where I live is filthy as all get out. Crumbs and grease on the tables inside. Rude DEI hires completely.

Meanwhile … one of the cleanest eating establishments I’ve ever seen was a McDonald’s in Quebec that was immaculate, and seemed to have one staff member cleaning the dining area for every three customers.

I wonder what they call a Quarter Pounder there?

I don’t know that, but I do know that Chicken McNuggets are Poulet McCroquettes up there. LOL.

Do they serve five-dollar milkshakes?

My cousin, now retired, was a manager in Mc D’s corporate. Part of his job used to be doing undercover and unannounced inspections of stores. He used to tell us that Mc D’s kept their franchisees in line better than any chain out there. He said that Corp. only needs one complaint to trigger a store visit.

Quart de livre avec frommage

Had one there during the ‘76 Olympics, the name stuck with me.

I bet they serve Pepsi there, too.

“I would say that this might be a location kind of thing. It so much depends on who is working at any particular location.”

This is the case locally. I’m not a fan of Hardees but in a little town near here we were stuck going there and it was surprisingly clean and friendly. Went back several times.

Meanwhile in a town about 25 miles away the place is a mess and sometimes takes almost a half hour to get your order. Run by people in perpetual panic mode that mostly just shuffle around in the most inefficient manner accomplishing little.

I worked at Waffle House for a couple of years back when I was in college. There’s no way to properly clean a restaurant that’s open for 24 hours and the cook is also the janitor.

Do not get food from any of them. In my state(area) two of the three (Golden Corral, and Waffle House) are not even present.

Wherever restaurants hire illegal aliens, just realize that, by entering illegally, they avoided any semblance of a medical vetting, and are now handling your food. Meanwhile measles enjoy a resurgence in Texas, a border state, and TB and smallpox are appearing as well. Happy dining.

"Golden Corral, Waffle House and Popeyes"

We have no Golden Corral or Waffle Houses here. There's a Popeye's, but it's at least a half-hour away. I only stopped there if I was on my way home from a doctor's appointment which wasn't that often. Since they stopped offering their chicken nuggets, which I liked with their Blackened Ranch Dip, and the only thing I ever ordered from them, I don't patronize them anymore. Their chicken always came up on me afterwards, whereas KFC chicken filets have never bothered me.

And the secondary ingredient in their fried chicken is cardboard. Guess they forgot to wash the cardboard.
